WARRANTIES 6 month warranty on repairs 1 year warranty on any store purchase Any Gemstone can be chipped, cracked or broken if hit in the wrong place. Because of this. CR Diamonds & Gems cannot warranty against loss or breakage of gemstones unless metal failure is the cause and the ring is less than one year old. We warranty against defects in workmanship and materials

The customer is responsible to notify us at the time of take in of any pre-existing conditions and/or treatments CR Diamonds & Gems will not be responsible for treated, created, or enhanced stones or mis-marked metals Emeralds. Opal. Peridot, and Tanzanite are set at the customer's risk 

LAYAWAYS Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with a minimum deposit of 20%. There must be monthly payment activity and the item must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Canceled layaways are subject to a restocking fee, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable. Cash refund available 60 days after beginning date of layaway. A 10% refinishing fee or restocking fee may be charged. 

DIAMOND UPGRADE POLICY Any single diamond purchased from CR Diamonds & Gems may be traded in for credit for the original purchase price on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions. 1. The diamond must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and be accompanied by any reports and/or certificates 2. The new diamond selection must be at least 1/2 carat larger (mounting diamond weight not included) and of equal or higher clarity and color, or double the original price
